Return and Refund Policy

At KiddoFamily, our priority is your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Money Back Guarantee You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return procedure

  1. Contact us : Email info@kiddo-family.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return the item : After receiving approval for the return, ship the item to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  3. Item Inspection : Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you via email of receipt and approval or rejection of your refund after inspection.

Refunds If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your credit card or other original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@kiddo-family.com .
