1. What are the delivery times?
Our standard delivery times are 8 days after shipment for standard products. For personalized products, please allow an additional 2 days.
2. What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our products. Simply request a refund through the refund section, even if you don't have a specific reason, and we'll process your request.
3. How can I return a product?
You can submit your return request via the "Returns" tab on our website. Once your request is submitted, you will receive a return ticket within 24 hours.
4. When will I receive my refund?
If you request a refund, it will be processed as soon as we receive the returned product. You will receive a confirmation email with your refund details.
5. How do I track my order?
You can track your order at any time using our "Order Tracking" tab. Simply enter your order number to see the status of your delivery.
6. What if I want to exchange a product?
If you wish to exchange a product, follow the same process as for a return. You will receive a new tracking number as soon as your exchange is processed.
